Good location and comfy stay

Great location close to the River Walk and other fun spots. The room was comfy, and it was nice having coffee available 24/7. Breakfast was okay, but it ended kinda early, especially on weekends. The lobby smelled a bit like cigarettes, which was a bummer since it’s a non-smoking place.

Booked a double room, that included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a microwave oven.

The staff was kind of rude.

A real good way to end my weekend. Clean hotel with an extremely helpful staff and a great breakfast. Tastefully decorated room with comfy bed, central heating, flat-screen TV and a microwave. Particularly nice views from the window. Comfortable location to The Alamo History Museum.

Convenient location close to Quadrangle within walking distance, making it easy to get around. It only takes about 22 minutes to drive to the airport 🚗. the comfort level here is really nice too.

The room was updated, neat, and had a fridge and microwave. the design was modern. the location was favorable, right by most areas in San Antonio, near the downtown area, and AT&T Center.

I recently stayed at Best Western Plus for work in Downtown. The location was perfect, close enough to my workplace but still peaceful. The room was quiet and clean, and the customer service was excellent. The breakfast was great, with plenty of options, although my kids wished there was cereal. Another plus was the proximity to AT&T Center for the concert we attended. it was a convenient and comfortable stay.
